SPORT HOTEL AT NATIONAL SKI CENTER
The four-star hotel is located on the site of the FIS Roller Ski World Cup, equipped with everything necessary for comfortable accommodation and meals for professional athletes.
City
Schuchinsk
Is a resort city in northern Kazakhstan, in Akmola Region. The city got its name because of the abundance of pike-fisches (in Russian: "schuka") in the nearby lake. The city's population is just under 50,000 people.
The city is surrounded by evergreen pine forests, birch groves, blue mountains and hundreds of clear lakes.
Schuchinsk is proud for its ski traditions. It gave to the world such famous Kazakh skiers as Olympic champion Vladimir Smirnov and WSC medalist Nikolay Chebotko.

NATIONAL SKI CENTER
Shchuchinsk is home to Kazakhstan's largest ski complex - the National Ski Center, which has already hosted many international events since its opening in 2018: IBU Youth & Junior World Championships, FIS Ski Jumping Grand Prix, FIS Summer Continental Cup Ski Jumping, FIS
Cross-Country Eastern Europe Cup.
The complex includes ski jumps K125 and K90, biathlon and ski stadium and 16 FIS certified cross-country skiing courses, rollerskiing courses, hotel with 200 beds, swimming pool, gyms, medical and rehabilitation center and much more. The rollerskiing track of the Center has a width of 6 to 12 meters and is designed according to all FIS standards. Thanks to the designed contra slopes and relief it is safe and very interesting.

VISA
Organizing Committee is ready to provide Visa support to teams and officials.
Citizens of most European countries (+USA, Canada, China, Japan and many others) do not need a visa to visit Kazakhstan. See the full list of the countries at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan web-page.
TRANSPORTATION
Nursultan Nazarbayev International (Astana city) Airport (IATA: NQZ) is 240 km away from National Ski Center (Schuchinsk), which is about 3 hour drive. OC provides one transfer (1 bus) for each team upon arrival and departure (airport-venue-airport). Airport pick-ups will be provided by request. We kindly ask to specify the date and time of your arrival.
ACCOMODATION PRICE
Full board accommodation for in total 50 team members will be provided. This includes night from one night before the first official training to a night after the last competition.
The 50 places will be divided between the teams in accordance to the last season national Rollerski WC ranking.
If total quota of 50 places is not fully filled until 01.June, then in 2nd round remaining places will be filled accordingly to athletes FIS points and/or granted to the developing nations.
Price for full board accommodation for “over quota athletes/officials” is 25,000 KZT (~50 €) per person in double room (at venue).
If you need a cheaper accommodation option, contact the organizing committee.
Training CAMPs
A training camp can also be organized before the event. National Ski Center is always waiting for you to hold training camps.
