AKTOBE
Aktobe is one of the largest industrial, economic, and cultural centers of Kazakhstan, serving as the administrative hub of the Aktobe Region. Ranking fourth in the nation by population (600 000), the city is situated in the northwestern part of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Ilek River and acts as a key transport and logistics hub connecting Asia and Europe.

WINTER SPORTS CENTER
Winter Sports Center in Aktobe city was opened in 2021.
The infrastructure of the complex is including the ski school building equipped with a gym, judges and jury rooms, a shooting range, and an underground tunnel leading directly to the start area. Equipped wax cabins are provided for athlete preparation and team technical operations, and the venue is fully integrated with an electronic timing system.
The sports facilities offer excellent conditions for both winter and summer events. The cross-country ski trails feature a width of 9 meters, with lap distances ranging from 1.4 to 3.75 kilometers. For summer roller ski track is available, spanning 2.5 kilometers in length and 6 meters in width, and fully equipped with a lighting system.
